Another user has the same issue I am not sure why excel is not my thing.

I have tried to open the file and have recieved errors saying the file may be corrupt, click here and the app will fix it.

We have no such feature on here, so I wonder what website you think you are posting to.

If (s)he is opening it from the email, then saving it, then opening the saved file, I would suggest that they save the file first then open the saved file to see what happens.

Are you saying that the problem is with an Excel file If so, perhaps the user should try saving it under a different Excel file type, such as xls instead of xlsx, just to see what happens.
